house of leaves

Currently it's sunny and 52˚F, with the windchill at 47˚F.

I didn't write much yesterday, but not for lack of trying. And I read two of my all-time favorite weird tales, Irwin S. Cobb's "Fishhead"(1911) and Howard Waldrop and Steven Utley's "Black as the Pit, from Pole to Pole" (1977).

Spooky took Lydia to the vet for a check up, and we learned at, at ten months, she weighs 12 lbs., 6 ounces. We are cursed with large cats, it seems.

Last night, we watched the new episode of The Expanse.
