"Salvation's more than I can afford."

Sunny today. Green autumn is clearly upon us. Currently, it's only 76˚F.

Yesterday, I wrote 1,216 words on "The Dinosaur Tourist." And I did a little more work on the ms. for the new edition of Silk, but it's going to be slow going.

I have no room in me for cynicism. No, not even in the time of Trump.

Night before last, we saw the first two episodes of the final season of Halt and Catch Fire, and last night we watched the first episode of I'm Dying Up Here. Yesterday, I read "Additional carnivorans from the early Hemingfordian Miller Local Fauna, Florida" and a chapter of Paul Sammon's 1999 book on Ridley Scott. Paul kindly sent me a copy this week.
