"The kids have a new take, a new take on faith." (31)
A sunny day. Our high was 89˚F.
It was sort of a loss, today. I didn't get anything done on Bradbury Weather, though I did talk with both Darren Naish (UK paleontologist) and Bill Schafer (SubPress) about the cover art for the Living a Boy's Adventure Tale chapbook.
At 4 p.m., I talked with Mike Polcyn. We're trying to get MP1.2 and MP 1.3 back on track. Everything slipped about three weeks ago, and there's no way I'm going to have done that much fucking work and have nothing to show for it, so...getting back on the horse. Next week I'll be running PAUP analyses, using the character coding I did in late July and early August, and I have to get the figures done. I'm also considering looking at the possibility of a craniofacial morphocline with the relevant species (in particular, the frontal). Anyway, it was good to talk with Mike after so much time.
Very tired this evening.
In all of August, I went Outside exactly twice. Once to McWane. Once just a few seconds on the back landing. That's it.
Please have a look at the Big Cartel shop. Spooky's putting up a lot of new tie-dye, plus there's my books and audiobooks. And those three issues of Sirenia Digest (97-99) serializing Living a Boy's Adventure Tale will not be up forever. Maybe only a couple more weeks.
Later Tater Beans,
Aunt Beast
