A shitty, shitty, shitty day. In part because I got round two of the migraine this afternoon. In part because, well...Birthday No. 57 is now less than two days away. I did not manage any work today, and I'm gonna lay the blame on the headache, while acknowledging that the truth might be just a little more complicated.

Sunny most of the day. We've been having weirdly low humidity. It's currently 87˚F and the humidity is beginning to rise. It's at 36%. It was only 34% earlier today. Our high was 91˚F.

Last night we saw Zack Snyder's Army of the Dead on Netflix. All in all, it's very entertaining, with a great cast, and in places it's very funny. And weirdly sexy. But it's also at least half an hour too long, maybe even forty-five minutes too long. But I still say it's worth your time. This afternoon's comfort movie was J.J. Abrams first Star Trek film (2009). I may have mentioned recently this is my favorite of all Star Trek films. The Wrath of Khan (1982) is a distant second. Hate me if you must.

And I know these entries are full of typos lately. Do not complain unless you've paid me for the pleasure.
