Whatever Else

Sunny and cold. Currently 44˚F, the windchill at 39˚F.

I didn't make the psychiatrist appointment yesterday. I did manage to proofread "Behind the Wall of Sleep" and deal with most of the line edits. I answered some email. Go me.

I managed to go more than two weeks without looking at any news source. This morning, I looked at Twitter. And, near as I can tell, nothing whatsoever has changed in the past two weeks. Same cataclysm, give or take, but I am all out of outrage. And if ever there were a Voice of Reason, social media has beaten it to a pulp, drowned it, and crucified the corpse.

I'm almost done with Moby-Dick. Last night, Spooky got dinner from Bucktown, and we watched more Twin Peaks, and I did a little RP. I've been getting to bed around 1:30 a.m., which is very early for me.
