Yesterday, just before dark, the sun returned.
Currently, it's 70˚F and sunny. I do not even mind how hungry that sky appears. Maybe spring is finally here.

With technology, especially communications and information storage/retrieval the pace of change has accelerated to the where it is not only significant withing the span of human lives, but now where there is almost no plateau. I think that might be one of the key differences with the newer generation(s). The adaptation of humans to continual change with little to no traditional stability

I've come to the same conclusion. I've made peace with this fact to some extent, but it still leaves me with sadness over what has been lost.
