"Same birds that followed me to school when I was young."

Only very slowly, over many years, has it come to me how completely my youth was contained in another age, one that has gone and left behind hardly any vestige of its existence.

Yesterday, just before dark, the sun returned.

Currently, it's 70˚F and sunny. I do not even mind how hungry that sky appears. Maybe spring is finally here.
