Damn, as someone who was a weird kid in the 70s, I can definitely say that lunch box is worth some serious I Was A Wierd Kid In The 1970s cred. My lunch boxes were far more traditional with superheroes & aliens (sadly, no one at that time was making mythos themed lunchboxes, which would have been truly awesome).

My third-grade lunch box!

I had no idea such an object existed. That is amazing.

My first lunchbox: Space: 1999, with Barbara Bain attacked by the tentacle monster from the episode "Dragon's Domain." It's from kindergarten, 1977-'78. http://grandmofhelsing.livejournal.com/511837.html

Sweet buttermilk pancakes! I had no idea such a fine lunch box ever existed! That was the first book I stayed up -all night- reading during my very first night of full-on insomnia when I was 13.

Holy shit, the Lady would box you in the face and steal that in a second.
I'm fairly certain mine was a Star Wars lunchbox.
